The fetal doppler is a handheld device that detects and amplifies the sound of a baby’s heartbeat during pregnancy. It’s ultrasound quality & budget friendly in BD. It has two earpieces that plug into the ears and a long cord that plugs into the doppler’s amplifier. The doppler works by picking up sound waves and turning them into audible sound. The device emits a high-pitched tone when the user is too close to the baby’s heartbeat.

বাড়িতে ফিটাল ডপলার কীভাবে ব্যবহার করবেন –

বেশিরভাগ ডপলার ডিভাইসটি পরিচালনা করার জন্য তাদের নিজস্ব নির্দেশাবলী নিয়ে আসে, তবে এখানে একটি সাধারণ নির্দেশিকা রয়েছে:

1. প্রথমে আপনার ডপলার মেশিনটিতে ব্যাটারি সেট করতে হবে ।
2. একটি আরামদায়ক অবস্থানে শুয়ে নিতে হবে।
3. আপনার নীচের পেটে জেল প্রয়োগ করুন। (জেল না থাকলে অ্যালোভেরা একটি দুর্দান্ত বিকল্প এছাড়াও অনেক সময় লোশন ব্যবহার করেও আপনি কাজ চালাতে পারবেন।
4. এরপর ডপলারটি চালু করুন এবং ধীরে ধীরে যতক্ষণ না আপনি হার্টবিট শুনতে পাচ্ছেন ততক্ষণ এটিকে আস্তে  আস্তে ঘুরাতে থাকুন ।
5. ডপলার চালু করার ৫ সেকেন্ড পর থেকে আপনি আপনার অনাগত বাচ্চার হার্ট বিট ও নাড়াচাড়ার শব্দ শুনতে পারবেন।
6. একটি অনাগত শিশুর স্বাভাবিক হৃদস্পন্দন প্রায় ১২০-১৬০bpm হয়ে থাকে ।
7. বাচ্চার হার্ট বিট ১০০bpm এর নিচে এবং ১৮০bpm এর উপরে হলে অবশ্যই সতর্ক থাকতে হবে।
8. এই মেশিনটি হাসপাতাল বা ডায়াগনস্টিক সেন্টারে যে আল্ট্রাসাউন্ড চেক আপের মেশিন ব্যবহার করা হয় তার বিকল্প নয় , তাই আপনি  যদি বাচ্চার সুস্থতা নিয়ে চিন্তিত থাকেন তাহলে নিকটস্থ ডাক্তারের পরামর্শ নিন ।
